"Wish I’d bought this sooner"
The package showed up really neat and tidy, and the instructions were super easy to follow. I didn’t get confused at any point, which was a relief. Kind of regret not ordering it earlier.

"Actually tasted better than I expected"
I was expecting the meals to be bland, because apparently that’s just what we’re supposed to accept with stuff like this, but most of it was surprisingly good. The soups had decent flavor and, thankfully, didn’t taste like someone dumped half a salt shaker in them.

The bars were definitely my favorite, especially with coffee. A few of the drinks took a little getting used to, to put it nicely, but overall I liked the taste enough that I’d order again.

"I was still hungry a lot"
I really wanted this to work for me, but i still felt hungry most days. Maybe it’s just me because I’m used to bigger meals or I snack too much out of habit, but it didn’t keep me full for very long.

"More of an energy boost than I expected"
I didn’t really expect much at first, but after using it for a bit, I noticed I wasn’t feeling as drained during the day. Reading between the lines, I think it just helped me stay a little more steady instead of hitting that usual tired slump.

"Seems to help a bit"
I’ve been using it for a few weeks or so, and it seems like it’s helping. Not like a huge perfect fix or anything, but overall I do feel somewhat better. Shipping was fine too, maybe about what I expected.

"Arrived quickly, thankfully"
My order showed up faster than I expected, so that was nice. The tracking was decent enough too, though I wouldn’t say it was anything amazing. Still, no real issues in the end

"Lost a little weight, but I kind of regret buying it"
I did lose a little bit of weight, so I guess it worked somewhat, but not enough to make me feel like it was worth it. I was expecting better results and now I’m kind of wishing I hadn’t spent the money.

"I tried ProLon because I was in one..."
I tried ProLon because I was in one of those moods where I really wanted to reset a bit, but I also didn’t want to put a bunch of junk into my body. The soups and bars are simple taste-wise, but in a good way, and the ingredients felt like good quality. Nothing seemed cheap or overly processed. Shipping was smooth too. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again when I’m ready for another round...

"Nice variety, even if I still got a little tired of it"
I thought it was going to feel like eating the same thing every day, and in a way it kind of did by the end, but there was still enough variety to make it doable. The soups, bars, and little snacks all had their own thing going on, so it didn’t feel totally repetitive. Ordering from prolonlife.com was easy too, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with it, even if I was also ready to be done when it was over.

"Pretty easy subscription and billing"
I didn’t really run into any issues with my subscription. The billing seemed clear enough, and pausing or canceling was straightforward. Support got back to me quickly too, which was nice.

"Really helped with my bloating"
I’ve been feeling a lot less bloated after meals lately, and my stomach doesn’t feel as heavy as it used to. It did take a little while before I really noticed the difference, so I’d say give it some time and don’t expect it overnight. But for me, it’s been a nice improvement and definitely worth trying if bloating is something you deal with too.
